Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached if applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, contact us at info@melonashop.com. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including opened or used personal care products, customized or personalized products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Gift cards are not returnable. Sale items may also be final sale unless otherwise stated or required by law.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers receiving orders in the European Union may have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions. This right is separate from our standard 30-day return policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@melonashop.com.
